When explaining it in simple terms to people I often say “it’s the language we use to help Google understand our intent”

SEO strategy helps with how content is structured on your website, and it guides the types of content that should displayed.
The reason Content Marketing is the heart of SEO is because it is the medium SEO strategy uses to draw in traffic to a website in the first place. Content marketing’s importance in web design is in the value the content creates for the user and the search engine’s perceived value of the content.
So, an effective SEO strategy is also an effective Content Marketing strategy. In many cases, a lot of brands get this wrong.
They separate these two disciplines as if they didn’t coexist and build upon each other, but a good SEO strategy does not exist without a good Content Marketing strategy. Keeping this in mind will help you avoid building content that’s perfect for search engines’ AI’s but fail to engage with people.
For the sake of your website design, you need an SEO strategy that is tailored to your particular audience and is relevant to your brand.
You also need a Content Marketing strategy tailored to your audience. Then you just need to constantly show up with SEO guided content to build your expertise, authority and trustworthiness as a brand and a website.
